It’s kinda hard… You will need some HTML and phpBB knowledge and somewhere to host a board. There are free sites especially for this, like this one and this one. Maybe you can get some information on Google or even on these sites. Since English isn’t my first language, I’m not able to read the instructions without a translator help, and takes me 20min to read a text. lol Well, good luck with that. And I’m sorry I can’t help.
